Dingo went to Pensacola, FL to attend the 2003 Hound Dawg Howliday
hosted by Greyhound Pets of America of the Emerald Coast. This year's event was
called "Back To The Track" and was held at the Pensacola Greyhound Track.
The Greyhounds were allowed to run in groups of four in
the straight portion of the track. Dogs were grouped by similar age and weight.
Many dogs had so much fun that they ran past the people at the end of the straight
run and continued around the entire track. Dingo's group, however, did not even run
to the end of the straight section. Dingo probably would have been more motivated if
the lure was used.
